In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In round #257, the cut-off score was 505 points, 6 points fewer than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was October 01, 2022, at 06:13:05 UTC. As of July 11, 2023, there are 209,263 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 5,266 fewer than in the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 65,348 ITAs through Express Entry draws.
