Top ten cities in Canada with better employment opportunities

Every province in Canada is experiencing labour shortages, creating the perfect environment for foreign nationals to get a job and a permanent residency under provincial economic immigration programs. Canada’s labour market remains tight, according to BMO senior economist Robert Kavcic in his latest Regional Labour Market Report Card: Coast-to-Coast Tightness.
