On November 22, 2022, the Government of Ontario announced that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) implemented National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 and re-opened the OINP e-filing system. Applicants need to resubmit their Expression of Interest profiles to the OINP using documents or registrations that reflect the new federal NOC 2021 system. Applicant’s previous submissions are available to make the re-submission process easier. The OINP e-filing system was closed for the new activity between November 16 and 21, 2022.
