On February 2, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted two new invitation draws under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. In the tech draw, the OINP issued 1,127 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with work experience in one of the in-demand occupations. Those candidates’ CRS Express Entry score was between 481-489 points. In the healthcare draw, Ontario issued 775 targeted NOIs to candidates with CRS scores between 476 and 489. In total, the OINP invited 1,902 candidates in the two Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2022 Ontario issued 5,493 invitations under all streams of OINP.
