On April 12, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,500 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under Express Entry. In this draw, IRCC continued inviting candidates under all immigration programs. In round #246, the cut-off score was 486 points, five points more than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 19, 2022, at 11:05:24 UTC. As of April 12, 2023, there are 231,119 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 3,828 fewer than the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 41,059 ITAs through ten Express Entry draws.
