On January 9, 2025, Manitoba held the first invitation round of the year in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #236, in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, the MPNP invited 145 applicants under the Completed post-secondary study in Manitoba selection with a minimum score of 838. In addition, in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, MPNP issued 52 LAAs to candidates invited under the Region-specific selection (Winkler). The lowest score in the SWO category was 615 points. So far, Manitoba issued LAAs to 197 candidates, including 52 Express Entry candidates.
