The Government of Alberta published the results of the recent six invitation rounds under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). On November 8, 14, and 15, 2024, the AAIP invited 4, 150, and 412 candidates through the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Law Enforcement Pathway, Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sector Pathway (construction), and Tourism and Hospitality Stream with LMIA-based work permits, respectively. Additionally, on November 21, Alberta invited 96 candidates under the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sector (healthcare). Furthermore, on November 22 and 27, the province invited 527 candidates in two Alberta Opportunity Stream draws, 80 healthcare professionals and 447 PGWP holders with Alberta education. According to the last update, the province issued 9,276 nomination certificates and invited 2,671 candidates in 2024.
