On October 24, 2024, Manitoba held a new invitation round #231 in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, the MPNP invited 50 candidates with a minimum score of 872. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 47 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score in the SWO category was 703 points. Finally, 156 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 253 candidates, including 43 Express Entry candidates. In 2024, MPNP invited 6,881 candidates, and 1,010 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.
