On September 19, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new draw under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. The OINP issued 1,424 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to skilled professionals with work experience in 103 National Occupational Classifications (NOCs). Invited candidates’ comprehensive ranking system (CRS) Express Entry score was between 505 and 528 points. Last year, the province invited 17,502 candidates through fourteen Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2024, Ontario issued 40,621 invitations under all streams of the OINP, including 12,731 Human Capital Priorities Stream candidates.
