On September 17, 2024, the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issued 1,249 invitations to apply (ITAs) in a general draw for the Masters Graduate stream. The minimum score of this round was 53 points, one point fewer than it was in the previous draw. In addition, Ontario has invited 194 candidates under the PhD Graduate Stream in a separate general draw. The minimum score for this draw was 45 points. The profiles of selected candidates were created between September 17, 2023 and September 17, 2024. In total, this year, the province invited 39,197 candidates through the OINP.
