On August 1, 2024, Manitoba held a new invitation round #225 in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, the MPNP invited 145 home support workers, caregivers and healthcare professionals through the Occupation-specific selection. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 58 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score in the SWO category was 724 points. In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 203 candidates, including 29 Express Entry candidates. In 2024, MPNP invited 5,398 candidates, and 796 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.
