The province maintained its competitive edge with a 5.5% unemployment rate, significantly lower than the national average of 6.7%. This robust growth was particularly evident in key sectors, with healthcare seeing a 12.7% increase and construction growing by 14.3%. Female employment reached an all-time high of 286,600, while Saskatoon led regional growth with 12,100 new jobs, marking a 6.1% increase from the previous year.
