On January 23, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #333, the cut-off score was 527 points, 15 points fewer than the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 23, 2024, at 07:06:43 UTC. So far, Canada has issued 5,821 invitations through three Express Entry draws in 2025.
