IRCC issued only 174 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the PNP-targeted draw. In round #325, the cut-off score was 816, four points more than in the previous PNP-targeted draw, held on November 12, 2024. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 28, 2024, at 05:12:34 UTC. As of November 17, 2024, 217,648 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2024, Canada issued 92,942 invitations through the regular Express Entry draws.
