On October 17, 2024, Ontario held a new Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) draw and invited 1,307 candidates under the Skilled Trades Stream. This was a targeted draw, focused on candidates working in 47 national occupational classification (NOC) codes with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score ranging from 405 to 435. The OINP considered candidates who created their profiles in the Express Entry system between October 17, 2023, and October 17, 2024. In 2024, the province invited 43,899 candidates under all OINP’s streams.
