On September 12, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new draw under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. The OINP issued 1,269 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to healthcare professionals with work experience in 43 National Occupational Classifications (NOCs). Invited candidates’ comprehensive ranking system (CRS) Express Entry score was between 414 and 444 points. Last year, the province invited 17,502 candidates through fourteen Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2024, Ontario issued 37,754 invitations under all streams of the OINP, including 11,307 Human Capital Priorities Stream candidates.
