In 2023, 92% of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in French-language proficiency draws went to FSW candidates, totalling 8,005 invitations. This trend highlights the importance of French skills in Canada’s immigration landscape. While general draws saw fewer FSW invitations, category-based draws offered new opportunities, particularly in healthcare and STEM fields.
