Global Citizen Solutions’ (GCS) recent Global Digital Nomad Report evaluated 65 destinations based on 12 key indicators: visa costs, visa benefits, quality of life, economics, and technology and innovation. Canada secured the last position in the top ten countries for digital nomads, surpassing the United States, which did not make the list. The report highlights Canada’s appeal for digital nomads, who do not require a work visa for six months of remote work, although an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is necessary.
