IRCC launches survey to improve the Resettlement Assistance Program

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is surveying government-assisted refugees on their experiences with the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP). The goal is to identify successful initiatives and areas needing improvement, thereby enhancing support for newcomers. Participation is voluntary and confidential, without impacting past, current, or future applications. Starting the week of July 15, 2024, invitations will be emailed to principal applicants who became permanent residents between March 1, 2022, and July 31, 2023. The survey, available in multiple languages, takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be submitted by July 28, 2024.
