On July 17, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 6,300 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #304, the cut-off score was 515 points. The tie-breaking rule for this round was February 03, 2024, at 13:01:06 UTC. As of July 17, 2024, 215,735 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2024, Canada has already issued 60,815 invitations through the Express Entry draws.
