On July 12, 2024, Alberta published the update considering the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) inventory. According to the new update, there were around 3,037 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications, 1,220 Rural Renewal Stream applications, 227 Tourism and Hospitality Stream applications, 1,250 applications under the Alberta Express Entry stream, and four under the Entrepreneurs stream. In addition, on July 2, 2024, the AAIP invited 37 candidates under the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway. This year, Alberta invited 708 candidates through the AAIP Express Entry streams.
