On May 27, 2024, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). In this round, Sudbury considered six candidates through the Limited Stream. The lowest score of these draws was 155 points. All applicants had one eligible occupation and a wage over $20 per hour. This year, Sudbury invited a total of 456 applicants. So far, the city has recommended around 846 individuals under the RNIP since the program’s launch.
