On December 14, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted an invitation draw under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. The OINP issued 2,359 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to tech professionals with work experience in 15 National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes. Invited candidates’ comprehensive ranking system (CRS) Express Entry score was between 473 and 480 points. This year, the province has invited 17,502 candidates through fourteen Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2023, Ontario issued 41,923 invitations under all streams of OINP.
