On October 30, 2023, the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issued 1,051 invitations to apply (ITAs) for the Masters Graduate stream. The minimum score of this round was 43 points, two points more than it was in the previous draw. In addition, Ontario also invited 66 candidates under the PhD Graduate Stream. The minimum score for this draw was 42 points. The profiles of selected candidates were created between November 22, 2022, and October 30, 2023. In total, this year, the province invited 35,813 candidates through the OINP.
