In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In round #253, the cut-off score was 511 points, 25 points more than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 1, 2023, at 09:31:32 UTC. As of July 4, 2023, there are 214,529 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 5,474 fewer than in the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 60,248 ITAs through the seventeenth Express Entry draws.
