In round #248, the cut-off score was 691 points, 57 points fewer than in the previous PNP-targeted Express Entry draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 8, 2023, at 16:42:17 UTC. As of May 10, 2023, there were 225,388 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 4,801 fewer than the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 45,148 invitations in six Express Entry draws.
