On December 30, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #163, the MPNP issued 202 LAAs in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 750 points, 21 points fewer than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 40 LAAs. The lowest score in the SWO category was 711 points, 8 points more than in round #162. In addition, Manitoba invited 38 candidates in the International Education Stream. Manitoba has issued LAAs to 280 candidates, including 21 Express Entry candidates for this round. In 2022 MPNP invited 7,651 candidates, and 1,964 received invitations in the Express Entry.
