As required by the Federal Government of Canada, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is transitioning to the new National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 system on November 16, 2022. As part of this transition, the OINP e-filing system will be closed for the new activity between November 16 and 21, 2022. As a result of the update, applicants will need to resubmit their Expression of Interest profiles on or after November 22. However, applicants’ previous submissions will be available to make the process easier.
