This week is National Francophone Immigration Week which brings together Francophones of all backgrounds. National Francophone Immigration Week is a Canadian Initiative that encourages New French Speaking immigrants to move to 14 communities of Canada participating in this event. The event provides opportunities for employers who want to recruit new Francophone immigrants. The initiative, inspired by the 2012 Atlantic Francophone Immigration Week organized by the Atlantic Committee on Francophone Immigration, has received financial support from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
