On August 26, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced that it has invited some applicants to participate in the client experience surveys. IRCC will assess the clients’ experience of completing the application process to better understand and improve IRCC’s client services. The invitation will be sent from IRCC.COMMDoNotReply-NePasRepondreCOMM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and will not have any attachments. Applicants are encouraged not to click on the survey invitations from any e-mail different from this one. Participation in the survey is voluntary and will be kept confidential.
