The Business Council of Canada (BCC) recently published a study that emphasizes the significance of immigration to businesses and the Canadian economy. The BCC’s 80 member firms were polled for this research, which focused on increasing the use of Canada’s immigration program. These organizations have about 1,650,000 employees across 20 different sectors. According to the report, almost two-thirds of firms using the immigration system have active hiring employees. The remaining businesses employ individuals who have already settled in Canada. Furthermore, two-thirds of companies that currently use the immigration system expect to do so for the next three years.
