On February 1, 2021, the government of New Brunswick released a temporary decision dated January 12, 2021, regarding International graduates and the Skilled Worker stream of the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP).
Under regular conditions, PGWP holders whose occupation is in NOC D level do not qualify for NBPNP.
In response to COVID-19 and its heavy impact, New Brunswick will temporarily accept applications under the Skilled Worker Stream from such candidates if they graduated from a New Brunswick designated post-secondary institution.
This public policy will remain in place until April 30, 2021.
