On February 10, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has posted updated instructions for processing requests from international students wishing to change their educational institution (DLIs).
The new instructions distinguish the processes from within Canada and outside Canada.
In addition, IRCC added clarifications regarding the processing of incomplete study permit applications and applications from Hong Kong students that are now aligned with special measures to support Hong Kong residents.
