Nova Scotia welcomed a new charter flight for Ukrainian nationals

On June 2, 2022, the Government of New Brunswick announced the arrival of a new charter flight carrying Ukrainian nationals. 170 Ukrainians and their families arrived at the Greater Moncton Romeo LeBlanc International Airport. The provincial immigration office is working with partners to guarantee that the Ukrainian newcomers arriving in the province under the CUAET get the support they require. On May 23 and 29, and on June 2, three charter flights brought 962 Ukrainians to Canada. In total, Canada provided charter flights to 1,132 Ukrainians.
