IRCC amended the pre-removal risk assessment instructions for Chad

From March 30, 2022, to March 29, 2023, people from Chad who have received a negative decision from the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada or the Federal Court OR a PRRA conclusion from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) may be considered for eligibility in applying for pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA). The Canada Border Services Agency has allowed qualifying individuals from Chad who currently possess an enforceable removal order to apply for a PRRA, as the worsening conditions in Chad put individuals at risk if they return.
