Immigration Minister extended COVID-19 instructions for temporary residence

On February 1, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced that the Minister of Immigration has extended the COVID-19 instructions for temporary residence until September 30, 2021.

Among the other instructions, it means all applications for temporary residence visas, work permits, and study permits must be submitted online.

As for the electronic travel authorization (eTA) applications, they will also be processed to the extent possible.
